The main level also hosts two master bedrooms, each featuring its own TV and ensuite bathroom with tile showers. Upstairs, guests will find a second living area with plenty of seating and a large flatscreen TV, along with three additional bedrooms. A highlight is the custom bunk room, which offers twin-over-full built-in bunks equipped with plush mattresses, individual nightlights, and charging panels, as well as its own flat-screen TV.

Outdoor living is a priority here, with three distinct areas featuring a deluxe BBQ grill, outdoor dining tables, a private hot tub, a fire pit, swinging chairs, and ample seating. • Pets: Not allowed by default; however, they may be accommodated with homeowner approval and a $100 fee per pet.
• Parking: Secure keyless entry provided. Complimentary trailer and boat parking is available within the community on a first-come, first-served basis. Strictly NO PARKING ON THE STREET at any time.
• Requirements: A signed lease agreement and a pre-authorization hold are required for all stays.
