Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully configured across two floors to accommodate up to 11 guests. On the first floor, you will find a primary suite featuring a King size bed and its own private bathroom. The second floor offers a variety of themed options for children and adults alike: a second bedroom with a Queen size bed and private bathroom, a Toy Story themed room with two twin beds and a private bathroom, an Avatar themed room with two twin beds and a private bathroom, and a Mickey themed room featuring a bunk bed and a twin bed, also with a private bathroom. In total, the home provides 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 5 bathrooms.

The interior boasts new décor throughout the bedrooms, bathrooms, and dining areas. The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight, featuring new steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all necessary pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and drinking glasses. For added convenience, the home includes a full laundry with a washer and dryer, and is fully climate-controlled with air conditioning and central heating.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire villa and its private pool area. As part of the gated resort, you can also take advantage of shared amenities including fitness centers, playgrounds, and various leisure areas.
