Designed for comfort and relaxation, this spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 7 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to accommodate families and groups: Bedroom 1 features a King bed (sleeps 2), Bedroom 2 offers a Double bed (sleeps 1), Bedroom 3 provides a King bed (sleeps 2), and Bedroom 4 includes two Double beds (sleeps 2).

Guests will appreciate the home's welcoming atmosphere and key features, including a cozy fireplace for cool desert evenings, a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking, and comfortable outdoor seating for soaking in the scenery. • House Rules: Pets are not allowed. Smoking and vaping are prohibited within 25 feet of any building, patio, or pool area (minimum $500 cleaning fee for violations). Fireworks are strictly forbidden. Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Restrictions: Large gatherings, parties, weddings, amplified music, and outdoor sleeping (tents) are not permitted. Visitor counts cannot exceed twice the overnight occupancy.
