NO CATS ALLOWED. A $1000 FINE WILL BE ASSESSED IN ADDITION TO COST TO REPAIR AND CLEAN.

· SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED at all properties, indoors or out, at ALL times. Fines will be assessed.

· Illegal substances and underage drinking are against the law and are prohibited. Proper authorities will be contacted.

· Please do not disturb the neighbors. Loud noise and access to backyards and hot tubs are prohibited after 10:00 pm.

· No additional overnight guests are allowed. Prior to check-in, the host company must receive an updated Occupants List if different from that received at the time of reservation.

· A $100 FEE PER PERSON PER NIGHT FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT GUESTS NOT THAT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE.

· No large gatherings such as, but not limited to: (5 or more additional guests), receptions, luncheons, events, weddings, etc. are allowed without express written consent from the host company.

· STREET PARKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT ALL PROPERTIES AND AT ALL TIMES. Vehicles parked in the street WILL be towed at Tenant's expense.

· 4 cars maximum per property Parking is limited to garages and driveways ONLY.

· No RVs, boats, trailers, or campers may be parked at the properties without advanced written consent.

· Security: Whenever you are absent or on the day of departure from the property, close all doors and windows must be securely locked. All locked closets are not for your use. There are alarms on the locked doors. Any attempt to enter locked doors. Any attempt to enter the secured locked closets will result in a $500 fine and the police will be called. Keys and garage door openers must be left on the kitchen counter on the day of departure.

HOT TUB USE AND RULES

▪ Always shower before using the hot tub to remove all lotions and other oil-based body products. ▪ Children under 5 are not allowed to use the hot tub. All children over 5 must have adult supervision. ▪ When opening the hot tub cover, be sure to unfasten all safety straps first before lifting the cover off. ▪ Guests with infectious diseases should not use the hot tub. ▪ To avoid injury, exercise care when entering or exiting the hot tub. ▪ Do not use drugs or alcohol before or during the use of the hot tub to avoid the effects of hyperthermia, unconsciousness, and possible drowning. ▪ Pregnant or possibly pregnant women should consult a physician before using the hot tub. ▪ Water temperature in excess of 104F may be injurious to your health. The optimal temperature of 102F is already pre-set for your enjoyment. ▪ Prolonged immersion in the hot tub may be injurious to your health. It is best to not soak longer than for 30 minute sessions. ▪ Never stand or sit on the hot tub cover. ▪ Always cover the hot tub after each use and secure the straps to ensure the safety of children that are visiting. ▪ For more detailed rules of operation, please reference the “Vacation Resort Solutions Welcome Binder” Thank you for respecting these rules of use while enjoying the hot tub.

Hot Tub Waiver **PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR CPO MAINTAIN THE HOT TUB ON MONDAY WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY

If I, __________________________________________________, the undersigned tenant, opts to use the hot tub at the vacation home located in Washington, Utah. I agree to the following conditions:

1. Shower off before entering the hot tub
2. Always place the cover back on when not in use.
3. Remove the floater when in the hot tub and return when getting out. Do not adjust the floater.
4. Remove all toys from the hot tub when getting out.
5. Six (6) person maximum hot tub capacity.
6. No food or drink shall be allowed in the hot tub.
7. No glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub.
8. No body lotions shall be allowed in the hot tub
9. All children under 16 years of age shall be accompanied by an adult while in the hot tub.
10. No children under the age of 5 are permitted in the hot tub.
11. Hot tub will be left in the same condition as it was found upon entry of the rental agreement.
12. All individuals, including pregnant women and/or those under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, shall use the hot tub at their own risk. If the hot tub is damaged or otherwise mistreated during my tenancy, or if upon arrival, I find that the hot tub has been previously misused, I understand it is my responsibility to immediately contact Vacation Resort Solutions Management personnel.

I understand that by signing this waiver, it is my responsibility to inform every person using the hot tub of these rules, and to ensure every person abides by them.

I further understand that failure to comply with these guidelines will result in paying any additional expenses to restore the hot tub to its prior condition.

I understand that this agreement/waiver is incorporated into, and is part of, the original rental agreement between the parties.

When booking this home the guests release Vacation Resort Solutions, LLC, and the Owner of the property from any liability associated with all guests’ use of the hot tub. The guest agrees and has read and agreed with the above-stated conditions. THE UNDERSIGNED HAS READ, UNDERSTANDS THE RISKS, AND VOLUNTARILY UNDERSTANDS THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT and GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, and further agrees that no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made.

· Vacation Resort Solutions, The host company requires at least one party signing the contract to reside at the property for the entire rental period.
