Listings are monitored from 9 am to 5pm daily.  Inquires and bookings sent after this time will be processed and answered the next day. -Check in is via the front desk of the property, and they are available to assist you 24/7 upon arrival.  Please make sure the credit/debit card used to pay the deposit is presented with ID for check in.  You can pay the balance of the stay on another credit/debit card if you want at check-in at the front desk as long as the card holder is present. -Linens, towels, and parking are all included with your stay. -For your convenience, the kitchen has a coffee pot, basic cookware and utensils. Condiments and specialty items are not included. -Due to Covid pandemic, full service housekeeping is not offered at this time. ONE pet per room. Cats are not accepted. Dogs MUST be under 40lbs and No Aggressive Breeds permitted. Pet fee is $25.00 per day, but cannot exceed the maximum amount of $150.00 Additional fees will apply after check-out if it is found that there is an excessive amount of cleaning to be done. All pets MUST be registered at check in. A Compass Cove identification band will be issued for the pet and it MUST be on the pet while on Compass Cove property. Up to date shot records MUST be presented at check in (rabies & parvo). There is NO exception.
