The residence is configured with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 15 guests. The sleeping arrangements are designed for versatility: the main floor features a downstairs master with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, alongside a second bedroom offering a king bed and ensuite. Two additional bedrooms feature queen beds (one with its own ensuite), and the fifth bedroom provides a flexible setup with two twin bunk beds and two full beds, sleeping six guests.

Inside, the spacious living area is arranged for easy gathering with ample seating and a flat-screen TV. The full kitchen is equipped for home cooking with stainless steel appliances and plenty of room to serve. For those needing to stay connected, a dedicated workspace and reliable wifi are available, while a washer and dryer provide added convenience for longer stays. Families will appreciate thoughtful touches like the pack 'n play and safe.

Located in the heart of Solterra Resort, you are within a short drive of major attractions. Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios are all within 25 to 30 minutes. The surrounding area is rich with outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours.

• Fees: A mandatory HOA amenities fee is required ($35 for up to 12 guests; $48 for 13+ guests). Optional pool heating is available for $35 per day with one week's notice.
• Damage Protection: For 1-night stays, a $500 refundable deposit is required. For 2+ nights, guests may choose between the $500 refundable deposit or a non-refundable waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100).
• House Rules: Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; starter supplies are provided but not refilled during the stay.
