Our homes are only to be used for residential purposes only. Please review the "Fee/Fine Schedule

Addendum" below for the policies and fine amounts. The following policies are in effect at all VACATION RESORT SOLUTIONS properties. Fines, fees or other penalties will apply and will be strictly enforced due to failure of these rules.

· NO PETS are allowed in any property without written consent and full payment of applicable pet fee.

· SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED at all properties, indoors or out, at ALL time. Fines will be assessed.

· Illegal substances and underage drinking are against the law and are prohibited. Proper authorities will be contacted.

· Please do not disturb the neighbors. Loud noise and access to back yards and hot tubs are prohibited after 10:00 pm.

· No additional overnight guests are allowed. Prior to check-in, VACATION RESORT

SOLUTIONS must receive an updated Occupants List if different from that received at the time of reservation.

· A $100 FEE PER PERSON PER NIGHT FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT GUESTS NOT THAT EXCEED MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE.

· No large gatherings such as, but not limited to: (5 or more additional guests), receptions, luncheons, events, weddings, etc. are allowed without express written consent from VACATION RESORT SOLUTIONS.

· STREET PARKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT ALL PROPERTIES AND AT ALL TIMES. Vehicles parked in the street WILL be towed at Tenant's expense.

· 4 cars maximum per property Parking is limited to garages and driveways ONLY.

· No RVs, boats, trailers, or campers may be parked at the properties without advanced written consent.

· Security: Whenever you are absent or the day of departure from the property, close all doors and windows must be securely locked. All locked closets are not for your use. There are alarms on the locked doors. Any attempt to enter locked doors. Any attempt to enter the secured locked closets will result in a $500 fine and the police will be called. Keys and garage door openers must be left on the kitchen counter on the day of departure.

WE WANT ALL GUESTS TO ENJOY THE AMENITIES. PLEASE READ THE HOA POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS IN-DEPTH LOCATED IN THE WELCOME BINDER.

RESPONSIBLE ADULT SUPERVISION (18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER) 2. POOL HOURS ARE 9 AM TO 10 PM DAILY. 3. ALCOHOL, VAPING, AND SMOKING IS PROHIBITED 4. SWIM DIAPERS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL BABIES AND TODDLERS 5. NO BIKES, SCOOTERS OR SKATEBOARDS, OR ANIMALS ALLOWED IN POOL OR BATHROOM AREA. SERVICE ANIMALS ARE EXEMPT FROM THIS REQUIREMENT. 6. ALL GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLEAN-UP AND REMOVAL OF ALL ITEMS BROUGHT INTO THE POOL AREA. 7. LOST POOL KEYS ARE $100 TO REPLACE 8. LOST POOL TOWELS ARE $30 TO REPLACE 9. ANY VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE RULES WILL RESULT IN A $200 FINE PER OCCURRENCE.
