The lower level includes a lively bunkroom with two twin-over-full bunks and a lock-off living area that transitions to a sleeping space with pull-out sofa. Each bedroom is equipped with Smart TVs for personalized entertainment.
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen features two dining areas and a long island with bar seating that opens to the family room. Upper and lower living areas seamlessly connect to outdoor covered decks, providing additional seating and dining areas perfect for watching desert sunsets or relaxing by the private pool and spa. PARKING is available in garage, driveway and side gravel lot. Please do not pull in or park in neighbors driveways or streetside. Lake Havasu City will tow at owners expense.
Any loud outdoor activity must cease from 10 pm to 7 am (including MUSIC, idling UTVs and vehicles); this is a Lake Havasu City ordinance, as well as common courtesy for your neighbors.
Please DO NOT adjust pool temp unless prior arrangements have been made. POOL HEAT is available for $75 per day, 3 day consecutive minimum. Owner may access remotely. SPA HEAT is included with stay. You may adjust spa heat using controls on front panel of spa. Any time children under 16 are in the gated area of the pool; they must be accompanied by an adult.
The pool does NOT have a lifeguard on duty.
Glass containers are NOT allowed in the spa and pool area.
The white bath towels are only for bathing. Please do not use them to wipe off any dirt or other items that would stain the towels. Multi-colored towels are provided for AT HOME USE ONLY, please do not remove from home.
PETS are allowed if prior arrangements have been made and pet fee of $175 per pet, per stay has been paid. Please do not allow pets on furniture, bedding or in pool. Pick up after your pet waste outdoors. Non-shedding breeds only.
