• Pets: Not allowed
• Smoking: No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the unit; smoking is acceptable outside, provided guests are respectful of the grounds
• Guest Access: Guests have full use of the terrace and lower-level grounds (the upper deck and hot tub are reserved for the main level house)
• Policies: No loud parties are permitted. A $250 refundable damages deposit is collected prior to check-in.

Standard fees include a $60 cleaning fee per stay, as well as $100 fees for each additional guest or vehicle per stay.
