Discover the ultimate getaway at this modern and spacious waterfront home, perfectly situated on the Thames River in Groton, Connecticut. Known as the Submarine Capital of the World, this beautiful retreat is centered around rest, relaxation, and respect, offering the comforts and conveniences of home in a stunning riverside setting.

Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to maximize comfort: a main floor bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom featuring two queen beds, and a primary bedroom with a king bed. The primary suite also includes an additional sleeping area and an en-suite bath with a convenient Jack and Jill entry providing access for the second bedroom.

Guests can enjoy unique outdoor spaces, including private decks overlooking the Thames on the main level and a private balcony off the primary suite. While the deck and balcony are exclusive to your reservation, the lower-level grounds, including the riverfront deck, are shared. Please note that while there is a hot tub on site, the temperature control is currently out of order.

Located in the heart of Southeastern CT, you are just a short walk from the USS Nautilus Museum and minutes away from Mystic, Stonington, and Rhode Island. The area is famous for its world-class seafood, old-world charm, and seasonal activities, from autumn apple picking to the vibrant nightlife at Mohegan Sun.

Practical Information and Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Occupancy: Maximum 12 people; no loud parties
• Parking: Maximum 3 vehicles
• Pets: Allowed with advance approval (breed, size, and amount restrictions apply)
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside units; allowed outside (please keep grounds clear of debris)
• Security: Cameras are limited to common areas including parking and exterior sidewalks

Fees and Deposits:

• $500 refundable damages deposit collected prior to check-in
• $175 cleaning fee per stay
• $200 pet fee per stay
• $100 fee for additional guests or vehicles per stay

Non-compliance fees apply for interior smoking, unapproved guests, excessive noise, or unapproved pets, and may result in removal from the property without a refund.
