Guest access includes the use of the terrace and the lower level grounds. Please note that the upper deck and hot tub are reserved exclusively for the main level residence.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Occupancy: Strict maximum of 6 people
• Vehicles: Maximum of 2 vehicles
• Pets: Allowed, but must be approved in advance. Restrictions on amount, type, breed, and size apply. A $175 pet fee per stay is required.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the home, including vaping. Smoking is acceptable outside; please remain respectful of the grounds.

Fees & Policies:

• A $250 refundable damages deposit is collected prior to check-in.
• Standard fees include a $60 cleaning fee, a $100 additional guest fee, and a $100 additional vehicle fee.
• Non-compliance fees: $500 for interior smoking or excessive noise/unapproved guests, and $250 for exterior trash/smoking debris or unapproved pets.
