• Additional Fees: Key replacement fees apply; a €40 charge is applicable for staff to open the door after 7:00 PM if keys are left inside. A municipal tourism tax of €3.00 per person per night (for guests over 13, up to 7 nights) is applicable.
• Long-term Stays: For bookings of 28+ nights, a €190 limit applies to water, electricity, and internet/TV costs; excesses are paid by the guest.
