The lower level, accessible via an outdoor staircase or a narrow spiral staircase, contains two additional guest bedrooms—one with a Queen bed and another with two twin beds—along with a secondary living area featuring a TV and a fold-down futon.

While the property provides a serene escape, guests can enjoy several standout features:

• Private dock and boat slip (standard size; pontoons should park inside the dock)

• No pets allowed under any circumstances
• The fireplaces are not to be used as they may damage the TVs
• Water access requires descending 65 stairs (handrail on one side only); children under 10 are not encouraged due to this access
• Life jackets must be worn when paddleboarding
• Please respect privacy and do not visit the small islands to the left of the property
• Smoking, oil lamps, and incense are strictly prohibited
