The home is thoughtfully arranged across two levels to maximize its incredible ocean vistas. The sleeping arrangements consist of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Downstairs, the first bedroom features a queen bed, built-in robe, ceiling fan, a desk, and full-length glass windows that showcase the ocean. The second bedroom provides two king single beds and a ceiling fan for a comfortable night's rest. The bathroom is well-appointed with a shower, a separate spa bath, vanity, toilet, and a hairdryer.

Upstairs serves as the heart of the home, where a spacious lounge room with comfortable seating and a Smart Television provides amazing views of the sea. The open-plan dining area seats four and connects to a fully equipped kitchen featuring a Miele dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooktop, family-sized fridge/freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine with pods. Step outside onto the undercover balcony to feel the wonderful sea breezes and take in the scenery.

Outside, you will find a fenced backyard with a lawn and BBQ, along with a shared driveway with an undercover carport and free on-street parking. For those staying longer, a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available.

Located in the historic seaside township of Port Elliot on the Fleurieu Peninsula, you are just a short stroll from the Hotel Elliot, Cockle Train, local cafes, and boutique shopping. Guests can cross the road for direct access to Knight’s Beach or take a 300m walk to Horseshoe Bay and the Flying Fish Café. Spend your days on beautiful cliff top walks, spotting whales and sea lions, and enjoying fabulous sunsets.
