Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM via a convenient self-check-in process. Check-out is at 11:00 AM; unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50 charge per hour. As this is a residential multifamily property, we emphasize being a good neighbor. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside (including the patio and parking lot), with a $300 fine for violations. Parties, events, and unregistered guests are not permitted, and the home is equipped with noise detection monitors to ensure a peaceful environment. Pets are not allowed, and unauthorized animals will result in a $250 fee.

To ensure building security, all guests must undergo screening via Autohost, which requires a government-issued photo ID and a security deposit. Please note that guests staying longer than 28 days are responsible for utility costs. We encourage the use of nearby pickup locations for mail and packages rather than direct delivery to the building.
