Designed for accessibility and ease, this accommodation is the largest room in our converted warehouse. The layout provides ample space and privacy, featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom. The sleeping arrangements include one comfortable double bed in the primary area and a bunk bed located in a separate room. The unit is completed by a fully wheelchair accessible bathroom, ensuring that all guests can move with ease. While the bedrooms feature fully laid modern flooring for your comfort, the communal areas retain the original concrete flooring to preserve the building's historic character; we recommend wearing shoes when exploring the shared spaces.

Guests have full access to our vibrant communal areas, which are perfect for socializing and relaxation. You can enjoy a friendly game of table tennis or a round of pool on the pool table, or prepare your favorite meals in the full-size shared kitchen. These lively spaces are shared with other guests, adding to the social atmosphere of the warehouse.

To ensure the comfort of everyone on site, please note that the communal area closes at 10:00 PM. This restriction does not apply to guests who have booked the property exclusively. For your convenience, we operate a self check-in policy; you will receive all necessary details to gain entry directly, making your arrival simple and stress-free. Please be aware that we do not have a physical reception team or continuous on-site staffing, though a contact number is provided for any assistance you may need.
