For those needing to stay productive, the king and bunk rooms include dedicated desk/work space. The master bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and double sinks, while the main bathroom provides a convenient shower-tub combo.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note the primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Pets are welcome with prior approval for a fee of $25 per day. To maintain the peace of the neighborhood, quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and in the screened lanai. Please be aware that occupancy is monitored per local regulations; unregistered guests may lead to booking cancellation. A security camera is located at the home entrance.
