Early check-in and late check-out requests must be approved by the management team; early arrivals may incur an additional fee, while unauthorized late check-outs will be charged the full price of the next night's stay.

Regarding house rules, pets are allowed but will incur an extra fee. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited; any evidence of such activity will result in the immediate termination of the stay, a USD$200 fine, and potential costs associated with lost future bookings. A security deposit applies, and any damages or missing items not paid within 5 days of notification may be charged to the guest's credit card. Additionally, as this is a residential apartment, we ask that you treat it with care; an additional cleaning fee of USD$30 will be charged if the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess upon departure.

No smoking or parties allowed.
