-MUST BE AT LIST 23 YR. OLD TO RENT -THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NON-SMOKING AND ABSOLUTELY NO PETS PROPERTY. We just ask that you treat our place like you would treat your own and that you enjoy yourselves thoroughly. Please read the legally binding agreement between the owner and guest. This will apply for the duration of the rental term and is designed to protect both you and the owner. Thank you. 1. Smoking is NOT allowed. If you smoke in the condo you will forfeit your entire security deposit plus $500 cleaning fee will be assessed. We check the condo upon checkout. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Maximum 4 people for occupancy. 3. Unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Traveler will maintain this property in as good condition as found and agrees to replace or pay for any loss, breakage or damage to the satisfaction of the owner. 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses 6. Pets are NOT allowed. If you bring pets in the condo you will forfeit your entire security deposit plus additional cleaning fees will be charged. We love animals, but we have regular guests that cannot tolerate such exposure. We check the condo upon checkout. 7. Parking: One parking spot is provided for each unit in the building. 7A. Park in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the building. 9. Hot Tubs & Pools: No children under the age of 14 permitted in hot tubs without adult supervision. When using the hot tubs and pools remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. We are not responsible if hot tubs are not available due to maintenance/repairs. 10. It is expressly understood and agreed that Owner will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, illness or other damages to Traveler or other occupants and their property from whatever cause arising from the occupancy of said premises.
