Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, the layout provides ample space for everyone. The upstairs level features a bedroom with a King and a twin bed, alongside a second bedroom with two twin beds, both sharing a convenient half bath. The downstairs area is a haven for entertainment and rest, boasting a bedroom with a Queen bed and a dedicated bunk room equipped with two sets of twin bunk beds and an extra twin bed. This playful space also includes a foosball table and a large TV, with both downstairs rooms opening directly to the side yard. A full bathroom is situated between these two rooms for easy access.

Living spaces are designed for relaxation. The living room centers around a stone wood-burning fireplace and a big sectional sofa, with sliding doors that lead directly to the deck. The updated kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring granite counters, stainless appliances, a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and breakfast bar seating.

Step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air on the back deck, complete with patio furniture and a propane BBQ. For the ultimate wind-down experience, soak in the private hot tub located on the patio below. Inside, stay connected with Spectrum Wi-Fi and smart TVs throughout the home, and enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

Nestled on a tranquil, tree-lined street in Moonridge, you are perfectly positioned near the Big Bear Alpine Zoo and the local golf course.
