Important guest requirements: Guests must be over 25 to book. The City of Big Bear Lake strictly enforces vacation rental ordinances with fines ranging from $500 to $10,000. No parties, amplified outdoor music, street parking, smoking, or outdoor fires are permitted. Hot tub use is prohibited after 10pm. All music must remain at levels inaudible outside the cabin. Parking is limited to the driveway only. The booking guest is responsible for all fines and compliance.
