Designed for families and groups, the layout features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. On the main level, you will find a cozy living room with comfy seating and a Roku TV, alongside a fully stocked kitchen and a dining area with a table for 10 plus additional seating at the kitchen bar. The first floor also hosts two guestrooms, each featuring a queen bed and sound machine, and a full bath with a brand-new shower/tub combo.

Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, smart TV, and a private bath with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities, complemented by a tucked-away office setup with dual monitors. A fourth guestroom provides a queen bed and desk, while the fifth bedroom is a dedicated Kids' Zone featuring two sets of twin bunks, a smart TV, and a Pac-Man arcade. These rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with dual sinks.

Step outside onto the rebuilt deck to enjoy a private hot tub under the stars, outdoor dining, and a Blackstone grill, all while taking in panoramic mountain and lake views.

Location & Neighborhood: Magpie Manor is located in a peaceful mountain community just outside Sandpoint. Guests are minutes away from Lake Pend Oreille, local hiking trails, and the ski slopes of Schweitzer Mountain. Please note that the property overlooks a valley where a passing train may occasionally be heard, adding to the local character of North Idaho.

• Parking: Space for 3–4 vehicles
• Pets: Not allowed
• Smoking: Not allowed anywhere on the property
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 9 AM; no parties permitted
• Note: The garage is reserved for owner storage. The approach via Granite Ridge includes 0.4 miles of mountain gravel; AWD or 4WD vehicles are highly recommended during winter months. This is a two-story home and child gates are not provided.
