The main living area boasts an open concept dining, living, and kitchen space that is very bright with windows on every wall and a gas fireplace that activates with the push of a button for the perfect ambience. Guests can enjoy a large dining table or relax in the living room seating area. For a quiet moment, the wrap around porch is ideal for morning coffee in the crisp air.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, featuring a backyard set up to host family and friends with a fire pit, bbq, and corn hole game. Guests can also relax outside under the lights in the 6 person hot tub. Additionally, the property provides three on-site, off-street parking spaces, which is said to be impossible downtown.

Location is everything here. You are literally steps from the famous Sherman Ave restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutique stores. Local landmarks such as Tubbs Hill, McEuen Park, The CDA Resort, and Sanders Beach are all within easy reach. A quick two-minute walk takes you to the CDA Coffee Co.
