Two of the bedrooms offer luxurious king beds—one featuring floor-to-ceiling windows—while the third bedroom provides a twin bed with a twin trundle. The master bathroom is equipped with double sinks, a shower, and a separate tub, while the second bathroom features a standing shower. Please note that the guest bathroom has a few pieces of missing tile currently awaiting repair.

The heart of the home is an open-concept living area highlighted by a modern kitchen with large granite countertops and bar seating for four. A cozy living room, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain and river views, includes a gas fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. Step through the glass doors to the newly renovated patio, complete with a large table and seating for four, creating the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks.

Situated within the private, gated Post Falls Landing community, guests enjoy exclusive access to the community's private riverside boardwalk, ideal for fishing or evening strolls. The location is unbeatable for exploration: you are steps from Marina 33 and Post Falls Brewing Company, and a short 10-minute walk to Falls Park and Q'emlin Park's swimming beach and trails. A short drive will take you to downtown Coeur d'Alene (16 minutes) or downtown Spokane (31 minutes).
