Designed for families and groups, the home features a thoughtfully arranged layout with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. All bedrooms are located on the second level for maximum privacy. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed, a Queen bed, a Full bed, two Twin beds, and two Twin-size floor mattresses.

The main floor is an inviting space for gathering, featuring a living room, dining room, and a family room with a cozy fireplace. The heart of the home is the fully stocked kitchen, which includes a convenient breakfast nook and double ovens, making it an ideal setup for preparing big family meals and holiday feasts. Outside, you can relax on the patio with Adirondack chairs or utilize the grill during the warmer months.

Situated in a serene neighborhood, the property boasts a large unfenced yard that backs up to a common area. Guests can enjoy peaceful strolls along neighborhood walking paths, streams, and ponds. You are just minutes away from downtown Eagle, where you can explore local markets, seasonal events, delicious restaurants, and outdoor recreation like the Greenbelt and nearby parks.

House Rules:

• No pets allowed (unauthorized pets may result in a $500 fee and immediate eviction).

• No gatherings or parties; only booked guests are permitted on the property.
• Additional security deposits may be required based on the length of stay.

Please note that the jets in the primary bathroom bathtub are currently non-functional. Three locked closets are reserved for owner and cleaning crew use.
