Guests are asked to remove shoes inside the house and avoid blocking neighbors' driveways or mailboxes. Smoking (including vaping and e-cigs) and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property; smokers must walk at least 50 feet away and dispose of butts properly. No parties or gatherings are allowed without prior approval.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome! A $100 pet fee per stay applies and must be disclosed at booking. Please pick up after your pet and ensure they are kenneled if left unattended. Pets should remain off furniture and beds unless you provide protective coverings. An additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied if pet waste is left behind.
