To ensure a seamless stay, please note the following practical information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This is a strictly animal-free home with no exceptions, as one of the cleaning staff has a severe allergy to animal hair and dander. Additionally, this is a non-smoking property both inside and outside; a $250.00 fine will be applied if there is any evidence of smoking on the premises. For security, Ring cameras are located at the front door and on the corner of the patio facing the backyard and side gates. Guests have full access to the entire property, excluding locked storage sheds and cupboards. We kindly ask that you review the Welcome Binder for specific instructions on amenity use, especially for the hot tub, to help keep the facility clean for everyone.
