Designed for relaxation, the home features an open concept living room with comfortable seating and a 55" smart TV that flows into an amazing kitchen. The well-appointed kitchen includes a pass-through bar with a wine fridge and bar seating, as well as an oven, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, toaster, and drip coffee-maker.

Enjoy the outdoors on the cozy courtside patio, complete with seating, a grill, and an outdoor fire pit. After a day in the surf, utilize the private outdoor heated shower before entering through the side door.
