All guests are held accountable for their own safety when going up and down the stairs. Homeowner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur while on the premises. MUST BE OVER 25 TO RENT NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED Guest must have some reviews from previous hosts, preferably 5 stars I do not rent to locals in order to avoid large gatherings that increase the spread of Covid. People other than those in the guest party set forth may not stay overnight at the property. Any other person visiting at the property is the sole responsibility of the registered guest. If at anytime during the reservation the number of registered guests increases beyond the approved guest count the Homeowner has the authority to assess the additional guest fee to the max of 6 allowed per night. No shoes inside. Shoes are to be removed at the door prior to entry in order to keep unit clean and sanitary. Smoking /Vaping is NOT allowed inside or outside the unit at anytime. NO PETS ALLOWED
The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Keep the property and all its furnishings in place at all times, no moving of furniture is allowed unless directed as such. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Parking is located on the premises for 1 car. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, we do not permit towels, linens, pillows, etc to be taken from the units with the exception of the beach towels located on the property premises. All linens/towels must be accounted for upon departure. NOTE: Please do not use the WHITE towels to wipe make-up off on. Face wipes / BLACK towels have been provided for this purpose. USE OF ANY TYPE OF DYES PROHIBITED -NO HAIR COLORING If excessive cleaning is required upon departure an additional fee may be imposed. The public sewer system is still very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If any plumbing issues occur upon departure the guest will be responsible and assessed fees to remedy. House is located among permanent residential neighbors. This is not a party house. We require guest to respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum and respecting the surroundings as if you lived here. Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
