Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. To maintain the mint condition of the home, please note that this is not a party house. Gatherings must remain small, and noise must stay inside after 10:00 PM. The property is fully non-smoking, inside and out. Pets are welcome, specifically small, hypoallergenic dogs under 20lbs (prior approval required). Guests must sign a short lease agreement and Good Neighbor acknowledgment as required by the City of Palm Springs. For security, cameras are located at the front entry and side gate only.
