For additional flexibility, the converted garage serves as a fun TV room equipped with a Queen pull-out bed (please note this space uses a portable heater as there is no central heat).

Guests have full access to the entire house, along with a welcoming front porch for relaxing and a private back patio. While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home provides specialized gear to enhance your stay, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and sand toys.
