The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels. The upper floor hosts four bedrooms, including two with King beds and two with Queen beds. One of the Queen bedrooms includes a Pottery Barn Kids crib, providing a more comfortable alternative to a pack-and-play for families (sheets must be provided). The lower level offers an additional private Queen bedroom, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for everyone.

The interior layout is crafted for both relaxation and productivity. The first floor welcomes you with a sitting room that doubles as an office, a huge living room, a spacious kitchen, a half bath, and a dining room that seats eight. Guests can step outside through the side door to enjoy the deck. The upper floor houses the laundry room and a hallway guest bath, while the primary bathroom is conveniently connected between the two King bedrooms. The lower level is accessible via the main floor, garage, or side entrance and includes its own private living room and full bathroom.

Every detail is curated for comfort, from the 100% cotton Brooklinen bedding and soft, fluffy cotton towels to high-quality memory foam mattresses from brands like Casper, Molecule, and Helix. The home is equipped with fast 500Mbps internet to keep you connected and a garage featuring two 220V plugs for EV charging.

Please note that the house is situated on a hill, which requires careful driving and involves a flight of stairs to reach the main entrance. Pets are not allowed on the property.

Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Optional add-ons available upon request for an additional fee include fridge stocking, additional cleanings for extended stays, and baby items such as a bassinet, slumberpod, or Nuna car seat.
