The residence is designed for comfort and style across 1,916 square feet of living space. The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The Master Suite is a true retreat, featuring a California King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full double sink bathroom with a walk-in closet. Guests will love the private patio attached to the master bedroom, perfectly situated on the east side of the home for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The additional two guest rooms are thoughtfully appointed with a queen bed and two twin beds, respectively. One guest room includes a full-size bathroom, while a third full bathroom is located off the hallway, serving as both a guest bath and a convenient powder room.

The interior is upgraded throughout, featuring a kitchen that will make you marvel with its all-new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and beautifully stained solid wood cabinets. The spacious living room is anchored by a gas fireplace and equipped with a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a sound system with iPod/iPhone connectivity. For dining, the home provides a dedicated room with seating for six.
