Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Self check-in is available via keypad. Pets are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.

Please note: Pool heating is NOT included in the rental rate unless specifically stated. The pool can be used without heating at no additional charge. If pool heating is requested, heaters are set to 86°F prior to arrival; the temperature reached will depend on weather conditions. Pool heaters operate 12 hours per day. No refund or compensation will be provided if the heater underperforms unless guests paid for heating and a verified technical issue caused a documented inconvenience — and any such compensation will not exceed the amount paid for pool heating.

This is a self-catering property. A starter kit is provided upon arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet.
