The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The master bedroom is designed for versatility, featuring a king bed, a roll-away twin bed, and a Pac-N-Play, complemented by a master bath with a Jacuzzi tub with jets. The second bedroom offers a king bed, a twin bunk bed, and a twin trundle, along with a desk, chair, and closet. The third bedroom provides a queen bed with a twin trundle and a closet. For shared relaxation, both the living room and family room are furnished with leather sofas, each including two full recliners.

Whether you are looking to relax or play, this home has you covered. Entertaining is easy with an electric game table that includes pool, air hockey, table tennis, roulette, and poker. You can also unwind with the turntable using provided albums or your own collection. The property is surrounded by beautiful tree and mountain views, and the private hot tub can hold approximately 10 people.

Located just 20 minutes from Borrego Springs, the home offers a remote experience. Please note that there are no stores nearby, so guests should bring all fresh food and fuel up before arriving. For larger groups, you can team up with the neighboring Country Hot Tub Hideaway to access a combined 60 acres of outdoor adventure.

Practical details include wheelchair access through the front door and master bedroom, central heat, A/C, fans in every room, and a full-sized washer and dryer. A 4-wheel-drive vehicle is required during extreme rainy or snowy weather, and low-profile cars are not recommended. Tesla owners are advised to use Apple Maps rather than Tesla Maps to ensure they reach the correct address.

Your pets are part of the family and are welcome here (up to 2 pets max) with an additional $40 fee per stay. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in is available by request for $25 per hour, while overstaying past 11:00 AM incurs a fee of $50 per hour unless previously granted by the host. Due to the rural setting, occasional sightings of insects or critters may occur; while the property is professionally treated, these natural encounters do not qualify for refunds.
