This inviting condo is configured with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The master bedroom serves as a private retreat featuring a king bed and direct access to a cozy wraparound balcony. The second bedroom is designed for maximum utility, hosting two beds. For additional sleeping arrangements, the common area includes a sleeper sofa for two. Guests can enjoy the sea breeze from the wraparound balcony, which is one of the largest you will find on the beach.

While the general property amenities are managed by the complex, the unit is thoughtfully stocked to ensure a smooth arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, and toaster, along with essential pots and pans. To get your vacation started, initial supplies are provided, including basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash), a few rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Additionally, from mid-March through October, guests receive a free 2-person cabana chair and umbrella for their beach days.

Located on the quiet side of Thomas Drive near the State Park, Watercrest provides a peaceful atmosphere with easy access to the best of Panama City Beach. You are just steps away from Schooner's—an ideal spot for lunch or dinner—and within a short walk or drive to local favorites like Alvin's Island, Newby's in the Curve, Shoreshack Pizza, and Patches restaurant.
