House Rules:

As required by Riverside County, we must keep a copy of your government-issued ID and confirm that you have watched the "Good Neighbor" video. The responsible renter must be 25+ years old.

• No smoking. We are in a fire zone.

-Pets: Dogs are allowed with prior approval and execution of a Pet Addendum. A $150 pet fee per dog applies, with a maximum of two (2) dogs permitted. If a second dog is approved, an additional $150 pet fee is due once the reservation is booked. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs at all times. Any aggressive behavior, excessive barking, or presence of unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction without refund. The homeowner is not liable for any illness or injury to dogs or humans. No other animals are permitted.

• Please No parties, events, Performing artists, or bands are allowed at any time. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
• Explore the property at your own risk. Guided tours are recommended. Please do not run around the ranch and do not enter gated areas with animals without an escort.
• Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6 people) at any time.

These are all separate causes for eviction with no refund & may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests, exposing you to liability.

NOISE: You will hear roosters crow, other bird sounds as well as coyotes and dogs barking. This is ranch life in the country, not a hotel.

QUIET TIME is 10pm - 7am for all properties within Riverside County. Quiet Hours mandated by Riverside County are 10pm - 7am. No outdoor activity can take place from 10pm - 7am. No fire pit or spa/pool usage. All conversations must be indoors with windows closed 10pm - 7am.

Due to free roaming animals it is not safe for children to be unattended at any time. We have a ton of birds on property so no dogs allowed that will chase or kill birds. Coyotes, bobcats, mountain lions, rattle snakes and other predators share our environment, it’s your responsibility to be alert and safe at all times.
