This beautiful penthouse features an open-concept layout with modern and cozy beach-aesthetics, highlighted by impressive double-height ceilings. The layout is perfectly designed to host 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with Queen beds and a third bedroom with two twin beds, all equipped with complete bedding, linens, pillows, and blackout curtains for a restful stay. The full bathrooms are stocked with essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.

The living space is integrated and elegant, featuring modern furnishings, a comfortable sofa, and a flat-screen TV with a Netflix subscription. A dining table comfortably seats six, and the terrace provides an additional area for relaxation. Guest Reminder:

- Guests must wear bracelets provided by Nuba at all times.
- Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy, non-smoking policies, and behavioral standards to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
- A security deposit is required to cover any potential damage or loss. Nuba will conduct a post-checkout inspection to assess the property's condition and determine the return of the deposit.
- Nuba is not responsible for any accidents or personal injuries that occur during the stay. Please be aware that Playa Venao is a developing community, and there may be interruptions in electricity and water supply, especially during the rainy season.
If the guests do not comply with these rules, we will charge from the damage deposit amount depending on the case. Thank you for your understanding.

Blue Venao Community Standards (all guests agree by booking):
- Wristbands are mandatory throughout your stay; all guests must be registered before arrival (no registration means no access).
- Visitors not staying at Blue Venao are not allowed on the property.
- Maximum 2 adults per bedroom; overcrowding is not permitted.
- Common areas and pools are open 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM only.
- Keep balconies and gardens free of trash at all times.
- Pool: shower before entering; no oils or food in the water; no alcohol, food, or glass in or around the pools; no entry under the influence; wristband required; no smoking in the pool or beach club area.
- Trash must be placed in closed bags at designated collection points; never leave trash, recycling, or pet waste outside the disposal areas.
- Pets must be kept on a leash and under your control at all times; clean up after your pet immediately.
- Vehicles: speed limit 20 km per hour (12 mph), strictly enforced; no motorized vehicles on walkways; visitor parking is short-term only - do not block roads.
- No ball games near the restaurant, pools, or common areas - use the designated sports area or the beach; no personal furniture or structures in common areas.
- No illegal, inappropriate, or disruptive activities; no bonfires or BBQ in non-authorized areas.
- Fines: 1st violation $100, 2nd $250, 3rd $500. A 3rd (or second severe) violation results in immediate removal without refund, and management may contact the police.
