Sleeping arrangements include two queen beds located in the bedrooms, and a double sofa sleeper in the living area. A full bathroom with a tub and shower combination serves the home from the hallway.

Inside, you will find a sun-filled living room boasting beautiful wood floors, a ceiling fan, and a mounted SMART TV. The space opens up via gorgeous La Cantina sliding glass doors to an expansive, exclusive sun patio. This private outdoor oasis is equipped with a BBQ, shade umbrella, and comfortable lounge and dining seating. Please note that while the patio is not shared, guests from the upstairs unit may walk through to access their stairs.

The gourmet kitchen is a highlight, featuring white cabinetry, modern white quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances, complemented by a dining nook with built-in bench seating.
