Designed for comfort and versatility, the layout features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest capacity of up to 6 people. The primary guest suite is a standout space, featuring a King bed, a walk-in closet, a dedicated work desk, and vanity sinks, along with an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and direct patio access. The second guest room provides a comfortable Queen bed, and there is a second guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo for additional convenience. For larger groups, the living room includes a pull-out sleeper sofa.

Inside, you will find a welcoming living room centered around a fireplace and TV. The kitchen is well-appointed with an island seating two, an additional table for two, and a separate dining area that seats six. To make your stay easier, the home also includes a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.

Location & Neighborhood: Twin Lakes Village is a picturesque community featuring an 18-hole public golf course adjacent to lower Twin Lake. The landscape is defined by towering fir and pine trees, challenging white sand bunkers, and water hazards. Guests have access to a practice range, putting greens, a practice bunker, and a full-service pro shop with equipment rentals. Beyond the greens, the area is perfect for exploring scenic biking trails.
