Pack your sunscreen and shades and come unwind at our beachfront retreat, where you can become the household ping pong champ or crack your favorite beverage at the outdoor tiki bar.

Designed for group gatherings, the home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. The sleeping arrangements include two king-sized beds and two queen-sized beds. The upstairs bedroom is a true highlight, offering a king bed, TV, and access to a sauna and walkout patio. Other room-specific details include a hammock and standing mirror in the fourth bedroom, a desk and chair in the third, and cozy throw blankets and pillows throughout the living spaces.

Sylvan Lake is one of Alberta's most popular recreational areas, perfect for boating, swimming, and windsurfing in the summer, or ice fishing and snowmobiling in the winter. Most local activities and dining are within walking distance.

• House Rules: No pets allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (fine applies). No parties or excessive noise. Shoes must be removed inside.
• Please note: The master bedroom balcony is currently closed for repairs and is unavailable for use. The garage loft suite at the back of the property is excluded from guest access.
• Guests may choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable safety deposit via the online boarding pass.
