The main unit features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a king bed in the first bedroom, and a queen bed, twin bed, and twin bunk in the second bedroom. The self-contained mother-in-law unit connects through a breezeway and includes 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 full bathroom. The spacious patio overlooks the beach - simply walk out the gate, cross the boardwalk, and you're on the family-friendly sand.

This property provides authentic beach living with spectacular ocean views from the living room and patio. The main unit includes a fully stocked kitchen, while the mother-in-law unit offers a mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster for added convenience.

Multiple bus routes run along Mission Boulevard, and rideshare options including Uber, Lyft, Lime scooters, and Bird scooters are readily available.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Saturday to Saturday rentals are required from June to August unless booking last minute. Please note that other guests may walk by the patio to access the boardwalk gate, and beach equipment is shared with other guests. Pets are not permitted.
