Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.

1. Pet Policy
Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $50 per stay.
1. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please treat the home with care and respect. Excessive mess or damage will result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

Dishes should be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher or sink.

Tampering with security devices (e.g., cameras, doorbell, smoke detectors) is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund.

Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
1. Lost or Stolen Items
The host is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or left-behind items. Please double-check before checking out.
1. Violation of Rules
Any violation of these rules may result in additional charges, removal from the property without refund, and/or reporting to Airbnb.

Condition of Property:
While we strive to keep the property in excellent condition, guests acknowledge that minor signs of wear and tear, such as scuffed walls, small paint chips, or other cosmetic blemishes, may be present due to normal use. These do not constitute damage or justify refunds. Any major issues should be reported immediately so we can address them.

Check for any personal items left behind? Leave used beds unmade. Start the dishwasher. Take out the trash. Please leave the thermostat between 65-75 degrees. Pick up after your pet (if applicable). If you used the Hot Tub, please refill the tub to cover the highest jets. This prevents the tub from shutting off. There should be a hose provided.
