On the main floor, you will find a second bedroom with a Queen-size bed and a large closet. Tucked away upstairs for added privacy is a third spacious bedroom, also featuring a Queen-size bed.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Please note that the basement is not accessible. All gatherings are strictly limited to 9 people; no events or parties are allowed, and violations result in a $700 fine. Pets are welcome with host approval; fees are $75 for one pet or $125 for two. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine.

Additional policies include a mandatory rental agreement signed upon confirmation. Cancellations receive a full refund (minus approximately 4% processing fees) if made at least 5 days before check-in. Extended stays exceeding 21 nights are subject to an additional $32 damage protection fee per 21-night period.
