1-Reservation deposit. Following the reservation platform rules.

2-Damages. When Guest checks out, the Unit will be inspected by a member of the staff. If damage is found to the Unit, the cost to fix or replace the damaged part shall be assessed to Guest’s credit card, which shall be charged for the full amount for fixing or replacing the damaged items. Guest agrees that Guest’s credit card on file may be charged to cover any such damage.

3-Notice requirement for Cancellation. Guest must notify Legacy Quality Services of its intent to cancel the Reservation in advance of the Start Date of the Reservation. If owner or Management Company should need to cancel the booking, the full refund will be made to the guest . If the guest requests cancellation 30 days before arrival , the guest receives 94% refund for the amount paid (6% credit card transaction fee). Cancelling within 30 days, 50% will be refunded. Within 7 days, it is nonrefundable.

4-Assignability; Governing Law. This Rental Agreement is for the exclusive use of the Unit by Guest and his family, and the Unit may not be sublet or assigned to third party without the express written approval of Legacy Quality Services. This agreement is governed by and in enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida and for any action, venue is proper in courts of Polk County, Florida.

5-Limitation of Liability and Hold Harmless. LEGACY QUALITY SERVICES SHAL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSSES OF ANY NATURE ARISING FROM THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF MONEY PAID TO OR RECEIVED BY LEGACY QUALITY SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. guest shall hold fidelity harmless for any and all claims arising out of the subject matter of this agreement.
