NO SMOKING! No smoking, vaping of any kind is allowed. You may not smoke inside, outside on the patio or anywhere on the property. A $500 fine will be charged if you smoke on the premises. -8 GUESTS MAX. Including children. Any guests over 8 will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.
- NO PARTIES ALLOWED. This is not a party house. If you are in violation, you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit your stay.
- DRUGS. No illegal substances allowed.
- DOGS. Only dogs that have prior written approval are allowed.
- FURNITURE. Please take care of the furnishings. Charges will incur for damages. Do not rearrange the furniture.
- BE RESPECTFUL OF NOISE. We share the community with permanent residents who we respect and value. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am. This includes outdoor balconies and patios - please be respectful during quiet hours as the houses are close together in San Diego County.
- Please take care of the furnishings. Charges will incur for damages.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture.
- Please remove all open food and trash upon checkout.
- We strive to keep the home in the best condition for all of our visitors. Please let us know if you have any concerns during your stay and we will do our best to remedy the issue as soon as possible. In return, we ask that you leave the unit in good condition for our next guests to enjoy. Damage and excessive wear and tear will result in charges.
- PLEASE RESPECT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please ask and we will see if we are able to accommodate. Late checkouts without permission will be charged $100 each hour billed in 15-minute increments. Our cleaning crew shows up promptly at 11:00 am so if you need or desire a late check out – just ask and we will do our best to accommodate you. Parking in the carport is shared with the other unit. Please park on your side and be careful when backing up. It is a steep driveway.
