Exterior security cameras are present for safety. Stays over 29 days require a rental agreement and security deposit ($500 for 30-day stays, $1000 for longer stays). Stripe fees apply to cancellations and will be deducted from applicable refunds. Note: this unit does not include washer and dryer access.

House Rules:
1. Pet Reminders: We do accept pets only with prior arrangement depending on size and breed. We charge $200 per dog. Cats are by request and additional fees may be charged
2. Please No Smoking. No Drugs. No Parties! No Extra Guests, unless officially reserved. Please be respectful of neighbors. All guests must be registered with Hillary and listed on the House Rules that was sent out prior to arrival. If you do want an intimate and small gathering we are open to discussions about the, please inquire about this prior to booking your reservation and there may be extra charges with any event.
3. Quiet Time is 10:00pm -8am
*** Please Note: That this house is within a residential neighborhood and all guests must respect the Phoenix Noise Policy.
1. You chose this house because it is so special! We completely agree and request you to treat it like your own! Keep it nice and tidy please! Extra cleaning fees will be applied if the house is not cared for and not left reasonably clean.
Reasonably clean includes:
- Washing all of the dishes you have used.
- Disposing of trash in proper bins which are located in the backyard by the side gate.
- Leaving furniture/beds in their original location, all towels and linens must be accounted for. Please be careful of the white sheets/ towels and comforters and use the supplied make up wipes for removal of makeup.
1. Please no illegal drugs of any kind allowed on the premises.
2. Please no illegal activities of any kind is allowed on the premises.
3. We have video surveillance cameras outside of the home to help keep you safe as well as protect the property. We have a ring camera by the front door, the side gate has a security camera and there is another security camera in the backyard and pool area. Don't be alarmed, there are none inside.
4. Please no commercial videotaping of any kind allowed on the premises. If you are wanting to video tape something, you will need to acquire special permission from us and supply us with insurance documents.
5. We do not supply wood for the firepit. We expect that you will dispose of the ashes safely if you choose to have a fire.
