This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-level home sits in the heart of desirable Pacific Beach, just 1 mile from the beach and central to all San Diego's major attractions.

This spacious home accommodates up to 8 guests with three queen-sized bedrooms plus a queen pull-out couch in the living room. Each bedroom features new queen beds, side tables with lamps, and blackout curtains for restful sleep. Two of the three bedrooms include smart TVs for entertainment.

The modern, open-concept kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including a full set of chef knives, blender, slow cooker, dishwasher, and ice maker. The adjacent dining area seats 6-7 guests comfortably, expandable to 8 with additional seating. Large sliding doors connect the living space to your private front patio, complete with comfortable outdoor furniture, gas BBQ, fire pit, and games including cornhole and oversized Connect 4.

Key amenities include central air conditioning throughout, high-speed WiFi, 55-inch smart TV in the living room, washer and dryer in the attached garage, and comprehensive beach gear including chairs, towels, boogie boards, sand toys, and a cooler. Families will appreciate the pack 'n play, high chair, children's books and toys, plus kid-friendly dinnerware and utensils.

Parking includes two off-street tandem spots in the driveway plus street parking availability. The entire house, front patio, garage access, and driveway are exclusively yours with no shared spaces.

Pacific Beach offers incredible walkability to restaurants, grocery stores, and nightlife along Garnet Avenue, just a 5-minute stroll away. The famous PB boardwalk and beach are less than a mile away, while La Jolla, Mission Beach, and Ocean Beach are all within minutes. Downtown San Diego and the Gaslamp District are approximately 20 minutes by car or rideshare.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Please note strict quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, no pets allowed, no smoking or parties, and no overnight non-registered guests.
