City Ordinances & Rules: To avoid fines up to $1500, guests must adhere to South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances:

• Maximum occupancy is 6 persons (up to 2 children aged 13 and under do not count toward this limit).
• Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are strictly prohibited.
• No outdoor amplified music or use of outdoor spas/hot tubs between 10 PM and 8 AM.
• Commercial vehicle parking is prohibited except for durations under 4 hours.
• Camping or sleeping in tents, campers, or RVs on the property is prohibited.
• All trash and recycling must be stored in a bear box or animal-resistant cart.
