Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that this apartment is accessible by stairs only, as the building does not have an elevator. To maintain a peaceful environment, excessive outdoor noise is strictly prohibited after 10 PM, and parties or unauthorized guests are not permitted. For safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras and noise decibel detectors.

Additional policies include a no-smoking rule anywhere on the property and a no-pets policy (trained service animals are welcome). Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement and provide a valid ID upon arrival. Please be aware that only one key fob is provided per stay, and a $150 fee applies for any missing keys. Late check-outs are subject to a fee of $75 for every 30 minutes after 11 AM.
